Positive: - quiet - incredible view of the sky and water - loved the games and books
Negative: - Internet was spotty - needed some dusting; there was a spider web on the window - a bit deeper cleaning; there were a couple of teeth cleaner picks left on a bookstand

Positive: Super nice view, verrrry cozy cabin with a warm welcoming feel and wonderful fireplace, peaceful and quiet surroundings, and little touches like a lovely welcome basket and providing all the travel soap we could want and the cute visitor rock garden and the thoughtful welcome book with food and activity suggestions.
Negative: There was some dog hair from previous visitors on bed pillows and on couch, the dryer vent was nasty and we vacuumed it out as best we could. Also, we'd recommend they provide a pot scouring pad of sorts because, when we arrived, at least one pan had residue that the provided soft sponge couldn't handle.

Positive: We liked just about everything about Captains Cabin! The view from inside (or outside!) was astounding - like an amazing painting! All furniture was super comfortable & nice. Convenient location off US101. Nice large tv with soundbar and Netflix. A bag of Starbucks ready to use...
Negative: May have missed a key instruction- not sure- but It was a bit confusing on arrival. Went to what looked like a main entry door (driveway side), saw a keybox, but code didn't work. After 5 mins of trying to no avail, I called Vacasa and got a recording, so I decided to just check for another door- found one on the water view side. It also had a key box and BOOM - code worked!
